The Journey
I developed my feminine figure earlier than most girls and struggled with my weight and body image most of my life. Between the doctor telling me to go on a diet at age 10 or 11 and the way that other children made fun of me and made me feel like an outsider, I developed a low sense of self-esteem and always thought I was “fat” and needed to lose weight – no matter how much or little I weighed. This struggle created my passion for nutrition and healthy living and ignited my desire to help others.
The days of guilting myself for eating certain foods, counting calories, keeping endless food journals, and constantly thinking about losing weight are over. I eat what I want, when I want it. I enjoy nutrient-rich foods, as well as splurges on other foods that are not as “nutritious.” I have found a healthy balance in life, food, and exercise. My mission is to help others who have had similar struggles to
Let Go, Release Themselves, and Move On so that they can take pleasure in a simple, balanced, joyful life as well.
Vision
To inspire and empower others to embrace themselves as they are so that they can live a joyful life and reach their full potential.
